Larger properties, overgrown grass, and add-ons like edging, trimming and haul-off push the price toward the upper end. Estimates are free and we quote you the number before we start.
What actually changes the price
Lot size. A downtown Durango lot behind a Victorian is a different job than a half-acre in Edgemont Ranch or a half-acre out toward Falls Creek. Square footage is the single biggest factor.
How tall the grass is. A yard mowed last week cuts fast and clean. A yard that has not been touched in six weeks needs a higher first pass, a second pass, and usually bagging — that is closer to a cleanup than a mow, and it is priced that way. The first mow of the season on a neglected yard often costs more than the following ten combined.
Edging, trimming and blow-off. We include trimming the edges and blowing clippings off walks and driveways in most quotes. Say so if you don’t want it and we will take it out.

Access. Gates too narrow for a mower, steep slopes, dog waste in the yard, and trampolines or toys that have to be moved all add time.
